DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. This place has gone downhill tremendously. They are understaffed and have excessive turnover because they don't pay well, especially for the amount of work the staff is required to do. There are too many dogs in the playrooms now without adequate staff watching them. My dog was injured twice by other dogs and I wasn't notified either time until I arrived to pick him up. I started my puppy here a little under a year ago at first it was nice and my puppy was happy but shortly after he started he was coming home scared of water a smelled of pee an poo. Before I sent him there I had taught him tricks an he obeyed but now he completely ignores my commands. He used to only pee outside but once I sent him there he started peeing in the house. Management is unorganized and doesn’t understand proper dog training and appears unable to properly handle pets on the leash, booking appointments is a task with the on again off again computer software program they are currently using. Prices seem higher when compared to the other 3 facilities in the area. I’m assuming the cost is higher due to this indoor facility which probably requires additional staff members.
Last minute needed day care while traveling and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location had clean facilities. If we are ever back in Alabama, we will definitely use them.
