Dogtopia in Madison is the happiest place for my Doberman-wanna-be 2 years old Duke. The staff is very kind and courteous. I always have a piece of mind when I have to board Duke overnight at Dogtopia. Highly recommend it to all local dog owners.
We have been taking our two dogs to Dogtopia for over a year. We have had great experience with daycare, boarding, and they always come home so silky and fresh after their exit baths! Our dogs have totally opposite temperaments: one is wild and energetic and the other is more timid and shy. They both always have the best time and are always excited to go! I love that we can check in on them any time and the booking experience has been so easy and flexible.
BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! My dog got kennel cough from here after boarding him for a week. My wife tried to explain that he's not around any other dogs and stays at our home by himself. The rude unprofessional girl who answered stated "well it wasn't from here repeatedly, I'll pass it on to the manager". Which we know she won't. I trust that my dog’s welfare and well being are a key concern at the Madison location. I can drop my dog off and I don’t worry about her while I go off to work. The site ia clean and well taken care of. The cameras provide another level of comfort if I wanted to check in on my dog’s activities. The staff are amazing and always a pleasure to deal with. They welcome my dog and I when we arrive and when leaving they provide a summary of the day if asked. Great location and wonderful personnel!
My dogs just stayed here for 10 days while I was on Spring Break. Such a great experience for them. I have had them stay at another local place, and they came back hoarse and very smelly. Not here, they played with other dogs and were out of their kennels for so many hours. I would watch them on the camera and there was always a staff with the dogs. Such a wonderful experience. The boys will be back. ❤️
