I trust that my dog’s welfare and well being are a key concern at the Madison location. I can drop my dog off and I don’t worry about her while I go off to work. The site ia clean and well taken care of. The cameras provide another level of comfort if I wanted to check in on my dog’s activities. The staff are amazing and always a pleasure to deal with. They welcome my dog and I when we arrive and when leaving they provide a summary of the day if asked. Great location and wonderful personnel!
The care takers at Dogtopia we so warm and professional taking care of my senior dogs, who were on meds and needed to be separated from the general Population . They even went above and beyond by sending me pictures of my dogs to assure me they were doing well
We have been taking our two dogs to Dogtopia for over a year. We have had great experience with daycare, boarding, and they always come home so silky and fresh after their exit baths! Our dogs have totally opposite temperaments: one is wild and energetic and the other is more timid and shy. They both always have the best time and are always excited to go! I love that we can check in on them any time and the booking experience has been so easy and flexible.
Dogtopia in Madison has been an awesome experience for our Dogs and us! The staff there truly goes beyond expectations of what the care and safeguarding of our pets we expected. The morning drop-offs were always a joy to watch as the dogs rushed to meet Angel, and the afternoon pick-ups were equally fun as the puppies were eager to see us but so happy to be Dekota. Amanda does a fantastic job running Dogtopia and has a great team supporting her! Thank you all for treating our boys like they were yours.
The staff at Dogtopia are fantastic! Charlie loves going and the socializing is great for him. He has such a great time, he falls asleep on the way home. The walk-through was nice. Recommended!
