My dogs just stayed here for 10 days while I was on Spring Break. Such a great experience for them. I have had them stay at another local place, and they came back hoarse and very smelly. Not here, they played with other dogs and were out of their kennels for so many hours. I would watch them on the camera and there was always a staff with the dogs. Such a wonderful experience. The boys will be back. ❤️
The staff at Dogtopia are fantastic! Charlie loves going and the socializing is great for him. He has such a great time, he falls asleep on the way home. The walk-through was nice. Recommended!
The care takers at Dogtopia we so warm and professional taking care of my senior dogs, who were on meds and needed to be separated from the general Population . They even went above and beyond by sending me pictures of my dogs to assure me they were doing well
BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! My dog got kennel cough from here after boarding him for a week. My wife tried to explain that he's not around any other dogs and stays at our home by himself. The rude unprofessional girl who answered stated "well it wasn't from here repeatedly, I'll pass it on to the manager". Which we know she won't. It’s unfortunate to be writing This because my dog truly love daycare, however, our experience with management and staff was less than professional, and at times rude. They have even called me to see when I’m going to pick up my dog, and this was well before pick up. When it came to communication regarding my dog, they only communicated with my authorized pick up and not with me, the account holder.
