I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and my dogs feel completely comfortable and welcomed. It’s never easy leaving your pets behind, but knowing they were staying at a place that truly cares made all the difference. The facility was extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained. I have 2 dogs that go to daycare daily and have boarded them numerous times, with no issues whatsoever. The staff are attentive and make sure to let me or my wife know of any issues that occur, of which, there has only been one. They care about the dogs and the pet parents and do their best to take care of everything. The overall experience has truly changed my mind about day care for my dogs as a needed escape from being alone in the house all day. I highly recommend this Dogtopia location.

Dogtopia in West University is an amazing facility: very clean and welcoming. The staff gave me a tour of the place and made me and my puppy so comfortable and happy. He came home from the first day of daycare very relaxed, happy and tired! I also got a report card with all his activities! Cannot wait to go and play with his new friends again! Thank you so much!!!

Been going for awhile and I love the people there, but big drop off and I won’t be going back. Last 3 weeks 1) diarrhea next day after coming home (no change in diet) 2) diarrhea same night after coming home (no change in diet) 3) bit by a German shepherd. Didn’t even bother telling me why/what happened until I called back several times. No call back from manager.

Best Dog Location ever! Staff and Coaches are all very sweet and love our pups like they are their own! Taylor the new Gm is wonderful glad we have her and we just love Trisha to will continue to bring out dogs here!
