When we moved to houston I really wanted to get Cheech into daycare, but was super nervous since he can be anxious around other dogs(he's an only child). Dogtopia was soooo helpful and patient with him. He used to fight them going back, but now he yells at them if they don't take him into the playroom fast enough 🤣. Everyone is so nice and take such good care of the dogs there! Its super healthy for Cheech, and I feel comfortable leaving him to play all day while we work. Dogtopia in West University is an amazing facility: very clean and welcoming. The staff gave me a tour of the place and made me and my puppy so comfortable and happy. He came home from the first day of daycare very relaxed, happy and tired! I also got a report card with all his activities! Cannot wait to go and play with his new friends again! Thank you so much!!!

I wish every doggy daycare/boarder could be like Dogtopia West U! My dog Butter LOVES it here. I highly recommend them to all!

Took my pup Billie in for her first doggy daycare experience at Dogtopia and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to walk me through the entire assessment process. I appreciated the transparency and the option to check in on Billie via their live webcams throughout the day. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly run with care. Most importantly, Billie was well taken care of and came home happy and tired. Great first experience—looking forward to bringing her back!

I live in the building across the street. From the moment they opened their doors, Dogtopia has been loud and straight up disrespectful. There is an employee there that has a “muscle car” that wakes me up every morning and today they were revving the engine while I worked for several minutes. I’m not talking about a loud noise that’s short. It scared my animals and caused me to have to pause my meeting. If it happens again I will be calling the police.
