Super nice staff and they had a really great drop off/ pick up method! They maintain a clean facility both in the lobby and in all the pet areas. Our girls came home exhausted from having so much fun and time with other friendly dogs! This was just the interview process and it so far has been great! I love knowing I can check on the girls if needed through the cameras in our portal. I know the girls can’t wait to go back!
The staff care about my dog like he was theirs. They know his personality and let me know if there are any concerns. I feel so comfortable when he is there and I would recommend them to anyone.
We were really disappointed in the service we received at Dogtopia. We sent our dog there for a bath and upgraded to their doggy spa package, which was supposed to include teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and a nail trim. When our dog came home, he was partially wet, had a very odd smell about him, and only one of his two ears had been cleaned. We love Dogtopia! I drive 30 minutes to take my dog here because I know they really love and care for my dog! The staff are super friendly and I love that they treat my Easton as one of their own! Definitely recommend!
Lucy has been coming to Dogtopia of Holladay since she was a puppy. We love everything about Dogtopia and their doggie daycare program! Their employees are kind and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and interacting with the dogs. Their facilities are extremely clean and everything is organized! I also like that the dogs have a scheduled nap time. They have special events to celebrate holidays and dogs birthdays. So fun!
