I had my dogs with them for almost a year. I thought this would be great to let them have more socialization and play with other dogs as I was at work. My dogs started peeing in my home. I would absolutely not take your dog here. The phone call to set up an evaluation was 25 minutes because no one knew how to get an evaluation set up. We got there, two women were working, we were not greeted so we stood their awkwardly, finally one said hi but not one of them even looked at or pet my dog. The entry way reeked of glad plug in to the point my clothes smell of it. You can hear the dogs through the wall barking from distress not play and one employee was yelling at them to stop. I love bringing my dog here! The staff is so helpful and they always dote all over my dog and make her feel so special here everytime I bring her in! She always comes home good and tired from a long day of play, the front desk is always so sweet and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. They also only charge flat day rates and have a good subscription service that makes it so much cheaper each week, I really appreciate that it’s not hourly rates! Thanks for always giving my dog so much love!

I think this place is super shady. The cameras never worked and when they did my dog was always out of sight. He constantly came home with pee on his stomach and when I'd ask about it the staff would come up with obvious lies. (They'd tell me my dog just lifted his leg to high. I guess he only did that at daycare?) I also feel like they conned me into a subscription. The staff care about my dog like he was theirs. They know his personality and let me know if there are any concerns. I feel so comfortable when he is there and I would recommend them to anyone.
