My dogs had stayed at the Dogtopia Highland Village location for several years; however, over the last year, or more, once they got new ownership, the cleanliness has been awful and my dogs kept coming home smelling like urine... like the floors in the playrooms were not being cleaned properly. In addition, the site covered the front reception area windows where we used to be able to see the dogs playing, so seemed like lack of transparency for clients seeing the care of their own dogs. My son has been taking his dog there since before corporate took over. Unfortunately, over time, the quality of service has drastically declined while the prices have continued to increase. It now feels like we are paying much more and receiving much less in return. The manager they had was unresponsive and often seemed like she didn’t know what she was talking about. ***UPDATE: Corporate Dogtopia took over and raised the prices drastically. I went from paying $56/day per dog to $80/day per dog. Both the manager and her assistant left because they couldn't stay when the customer service went out the door. Highly recommend you look elsewhere. We have left.***Fantastic experience and way less expensive than other locations. They not only love on my two furbabies but they also keep in communication and I feel part of the Dogtopia family of dog parents. Highly recommended

Riggs and Ranger had baths and de-shedding treatments at Dogtopia Highland Village, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They came home clean, soft, and smelling great—and amazingly, there was virtually no shedding afterward. The staff are always friendly, professional, and take wonderful care of our boys. We wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend Dogtopia Highland Village!
