Everyone was so welcoming and comforting. I hate having to board my dog, but she was well cared for at Dogtopia. She got a lot of personal attention and they kept track of her moods and needs the whole time!
Dogtopia has been such a wonderful place for our pup, Sami! The staff always treats her with so much love and care—she gets so excited every time we go up the steps to the entry. It’s clear she feels safe and happy there, which gives us so much peace of mind. The team is also incredibly communicative and professional. Whether it's updates on her day or little notes about how she’s doing, they always keep us in the loop. We’re so grateful for the amazing care they provide and couldn’t recommend Dogtopia more!
I have a bit of a “problem dog” he is great with other dogs, but sometimes not so great with people handling him. Dogtopia of Harbor Steps took extra precautions with him, and were up for the challenge. Now my dog loses his mind when we get even a few blocks away, he has never loved a place so much. The staff is super accommodating, I cannot represent how great they are in words. THANK YOU!
Don't think twice about taking your fur baby here. The Dogtopia-Harbor Steps staff are wonderful. They love all the doggos. The facility is clean and the online reservation system is very convenient. My doggo is always so excited to see her friends and comes home relaxed and chill for a quiet evening. 10/10!
