I've been a customer here since 2022 and Dogtopia Harbor Steps is THE BEST! The staff are extremely caring and kind, and have always gone above and beyond for both of my dogs who have attended daycare. The management team is outstanding, and all of the front line daycare staff I have worked with are also fabulous in every way. I have had dogs my whole life and I am very picky when it comes to who cares for them and where they go for care, and I can attest that Dogtopia is truly outstanding in every way. Chikki is a regular here and honestly loves this place. The staff are amazing — they know her by name and greet her like a little VIP at both drop-off and pickup. I always get sweet updates (especially when she makes a new friend). Scheduling is super easy, they’re accommodating with requests, and the cameras make leaving her here completely stress-free.
I stopped by here for minor assistance with my pup because we had left home unprepared. I’m not going to share what it was because then everyone will go there (and I don’t want to do that to them) but I was overwhelmed by the kindness and “kinship” everyone there had for a fellow dog owner in need. Staff and customers alike were absolutely amazing.
Amazing customer service and care for the dogs. Facility is professional, friendly and smells pleasant.
