We’ve been taking our dog here since he was 7mo. old (he’s 3 now) and can’t even begin to express how grateful we are for each and every coach. They’re always going above and beyond to take care of the pups and there’s no better feeling than knowing you’re leaving your dog somewhere where they’re going to be loved on all day long while you’re at work. If you’re looking for a place for your pup, dogtopia is an amazing facility! The staff are friendly and know myself and my dog by name! Cameras on the app when the dogs are playing is the best touch, as I can check in during the day. They offer crafts, treats, and hold events often! They go the extra mile with so much love for all the dogs there and my dog has the most fun with his friends every day he’s there!
000000 STAR!! DON'T LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!! To start, they say that the first day is free in all their ads and it turns out that it costs $25, it's ridiculous!! And I left my dog on the first day without knowing about the payment and the only good thing is that it has live cameras but there is a lot of closed space that the camera doesn't capture. I brought my dog here for overnight boarding and day care. I dropped him off around 6:30PM before the facility closes on their site at 7:00PM on Sunday. I picked him up the following day at around 6:00PM to be told I was charged 128$. I was charged for a half day of day care + overnight + a full day. In the past, I've brought my dog here and was never charged a half day of day care for bringing him in right before closing. Absolutely amazing staff. My furry best friend loves coming here it’s like a second home to her. They were so patient with her when first started going she is a rescue and they worked with her to get her comfortable now she can’t wait to go in the morning she dances at the door if I mention dogtopia. Love the flexible hours they have sometimes I work late and they are understanding and allow a late pick up which is great for me.
