We started coming here the day after their grand opening, up until a few months ago. We slowly started feeling uncomfortable with the change in management because there wasnt as many pictures being sent, events, etc. No biggie because we needed care 3days out of the week. Today was the final straw. We had taken our Lab here twice before and were not thrilled with the care he received. The new manager called us in the fall to remind us that we had not been there in a while and we explained why. I lived in NJ and took my dog to the Old Bridge location during that time. 5 stars- not one issue or concern! I moved and took my 2 dogs here and just about every time they went there was an issue. I spoke to the staff and the manager on multiple occasions in hopes that things would get better. To my disappointment, nothing has changed. I’ve pulled my dogs from this daycare. Not going back to this location. I made an appointment for spa (bathing) and nail clippings. I went to pick my dog up and they said the price for bathing. I asked if they clipped the nails and the girl at the front desk said let me check. She came back saying they did and charged me more. My dog does not smell like he was bathed. And I looked at his nails and it looks like they slightly trimmed some. Sharpened some and completely didn’t cut one.
