Refused to fix safety issues. My dog got hurt multiple times there.
We have taken our dog, Blueberry, to Dogtopia for years and have spent close to $10,000 in care during that time. The care was never great, but we accepted “okay” because we understand accidents can happen when supervising multiple dogs. What we cannot accept is repeated lack of awareness, lack of communication, and unsafe care. The first serious incident was potentially life-threatening. Great staff and facility. Its clean and no dust ordirt like other kennels - which irritate my dog Quattro eyes. I like that the dogs in the play area are grouped by temperament and size. The hours are perfect too for when I am traveling for drop off and pick up from my flights
Our one year old Beau loves this place! Everyone is so so kind and very friendly. We were informed on all sorts of things when we first brought him there such as their intentions with the dogs, limiting sickness, fun activities, etc. I really like how they make him sit before going in and out- shows they keep up on good habits. I love being able to watch him on the webcams and getting his report card at the end of the day. It’s such a relief finding somewhere I feel confident in to take care of my puppy when I am busy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great hours. Grooming service on site which is so convenient. My pup comes out looking great.
