I have tried numerous daycares in the area and none compete with the professional, organized, clean, and competent setup of Dogtopia. The ladies at the front desk are always happy and helpful and the gentleman, who moves so quick I cannot catch his name, manages to maintain a positive attitude no matter how busy. I can admit I am not the easiest of pet parents but never once have they faltered. A very big thank you to their incredible staff.

My dog went for a play day but spent 3.5 out of 5 hours in a cage! He was at dogtopia today from 10:05am to 3:00pm. The dogs in the City room (small dogs) stayed in their kennel from noon to 3:00, although their scheduled nap time is only from noon-2:00! When I complained to the "general manager", she stated that the Fort Collin's bus service was delayed, so their employee who was to start the afternoon shift was late for work.
