We loved Dogtopia until another dog attacked mine very badly. The management called me 1 time when it happened and never left a voicemail and never called back. They didn't tell me what happened until we picked up our dog 8 hours later. The bite is really bad and needs to be treated by the vet. Dogtopia of Fairfield is taking no responsibility and not letting us know who the pet parent of the dog who bit ours is (not the first time this has happened and I reported it to them). I love the staff here, so caring and loving each dog. The facility is clean and organized. My dog is always very happy and tired at pickup! Also, some of the best grooming we’ve had!
I highly recommend the Fairfield Dogtopia. My two Aussiliers love it there. They get so excited and happy when they understand that we’re headed there. The staff are friendly, energetic, professional, and absolutely loooove dogs. The facilities are wonderful and clean. Dog washing service is thorough and effective and even my fussy younger dog (hates getting nails done) came out super happy and calm. On top of all that, it’s well located, and reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong!
Amazing place! My dog Gram always has so much fun! They have so many event days and the staff is extremely sweet and kind! They really know what is best for all dogs! Highly recommend to anyone looking for daycare!
Everyone at Dogtopia is extremely friendly and really goes above and beyond to take care of our dog. We feel comfortable leaving him in their care whether for a day or for a overnight. When he was sick, they called multiple times to check in on him and give us tips for care. I really feel like a part of the Dogtopia family and are so grateful to have this service right down the street from our home!
