I am so glad we decided to bring our pup to Dogtopia. Aside from our dog loving it, the facility is very clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Being able to access the webcams eased my mind the first few weeks when I wasn’t sure! 10/10 would recommend!
Wanted to love Dogtopia of Elsemere, but I don’t plan on bringing my dogs back there again. From the first full day my huskies stayed at Dogtopia, after the intro, I noticed that one of my huskies was crated for an hour at multiple times via their webcam. It’s important to me that my dogs aren’t crated for extended periods of time, otherwise I could simply crate them at home rather than pay someone else to crate them (and I expressed this on day one). We took our seven month old puppy for the first time to Dogtopia in Elsmere DE yesterday. I was very nervous and within minutes of watching the webcam was relieved and impressed. The caregivers are very attentive to all needs. We have booked our first boarding and are confident leaving our pup overnight. It’s too early to recommend overnight boarding, but definitely a daycare stay. Our pup enjoyed the day.
