We LOVE Ellisville Dogtopia. From daycare to boarding stays they have been nothing less of fantastic. We’ve watched our pup finally open up and play with other dogs on the webcams (awesome detail to check on your doggo). He loves people but was rather timid around other dogs at first but now he wants to play with his friends and knows what day he gets to go see them. My dogs love coming to this location and the staff is so friendly. My dogs don’t even hesitate to go with the staff on arrival. The staff provides updates during their stay and the webcams are great to check in too! Easy texting with staff to check in if needed. I enjoy my vacations so much more knowing my dogs are so well cared for here! And not to mention the spa service is great too and my doggies come home smelling good and all clean!
We love Dogtopia! They are not "just" doggie day care. They know a lot about dogs. Our new puppy is different than any dog I have ever had. She is devoted, cuddly and sweet with us, but terrified of any new people, dogs or places. Staff there talked to me about their suggested plan to help her. She has gotten so much less scared and is gradually relaxing around new people and new dogs. Penny continues to go once or twice a week and now makes friends and plays with others. Our golden doodle Margo had been with Dogtopia since 12 weeks celebrating her fourth birthday this year. McKenna and her team are absolutely fabulous taking care of her. She waits by the door every morning because she can’t wait to get there to play with her friends. We feel comfortable and confident that she is well taken care of of whether daily or overnight. We absolutely love it there. Thanks for being such a caring and loving team.
The staff is wonderful and they take good care of the dogs.
