The staff is super friendly, and my dog gets so excited to go, which says everything. I love being able to check in on the webcam, and the on-site groomers make it so convenient. Such a great experience all around!

My pup was flown over from Lebanon last March. We adopted him in April, and he’s needed some time to adjust. New experiences are so very vulnerable for him. I don’t even think Dogtopia knew that yet they met us where he was anyway. He was terrified the first day. They gave us multiple complimentary days until they felt he was adjusting and more relaxed, which he finally became.
