Kerri is an excellent groomer who has taken care of my pets for 7 years. We love the attention to detail she gives to our pets.
I absolutely loved this place, I even hosted my fuzzy buddy's birthday party with the pool option. There is something definitely going on at this location. Took my fuzzy buddy here for grooming, a fully vaccinated dog came back with Kennel Cough. So, I paid them to infect my little guy. I kept quiet because Kennel Cough is a combination of bacteria and virus. I understand that there is no way to prevent a virus, however better ventilation, and possibly closing the facility for 2 weeks could eradicate the pathogen. This was y... read more
The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. They offer many services that I use for my dog - daycare, boarding, and grooming. I feel that my dog is well taken care of when she's at Dogtopia in Downers Grove.
