We have been going to Dogtopia for 4+ years. Our dog LOVES seeing his groomer, Carrie! She took the time to establish a positive rapport with him early on, and he has loved getting groomed/seeing Carrie since.
We've been bringing our dog, Daisy, to Dogtopia Downers Grove for over a year now, ever since she was a puppy, and she absolutely loves it. She knows the drive there and gets so excited when we pull in that she's practically jumping out of the car to get inside! I love being able to check the cameras during the day. Carrie has been grooming our dog Ava since she was a puppy. She is friendly, professional, and most importantly our dog loves her! Carrie always does an amazing job grooming Ava and checks in via text during the appointment. Ava literally can’t wait to see Carrie every time we go!

Luke is happy to see her and always come home with a smile. Carrie is an expert in her craft. Along with being kind and caring to the dogs and their owners. She is a gem and we love her.
