Terrible place to take your dog to. They have dogs that bite employees and attack other dogs. The staff treats the dogs terribly, constantly over correcting them. Dragging them by the collar and putting them into crates for no reason. Do not go to this terrible day care. Any where will be better.
Dogtopia is amazing!! My dog went there for a while when she was younger but we recently lost our usual dog sitters and needed to start boarding her again. We had taken her somewhere else prior to going back to Dogtopia and the facility was gross and smelly, the staff did not seem happy, I wasn’t offered a tour and Athena seemed stress the whole time. Dogtopia is a great second home for our boy! He loves going everyday and the staff are great with him. They do all kinds of fun activities with themed photo and treat days. They are on top of any issues that may be present in the dog community such as illnesses and trends and keep us updated and informed. They are a second family to us as well as a result of their care and professionalism. We know our little boy is safe and cared for everyday and we highly recommend them to anyone! We love Dogtopia ❤️
We absolutely love Dogtopia DTC! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s always something fun for your pup to look forward to on their calendar, and our dog can’t wait to go—if he had it his way, he’d be there every single day! He’s also been boarded a few times, including a ~two-week stay, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. The team kept him happy, healthy, and loved while we were away. Friendly front desk staff, diverse accommodations, treat/party days that are shared on a calendar each month (chicken nugget day, bubble party, etc.), webcam access, easy way to book daycare/boarding/spa reservations that both of us have access to. Dogtopia provides the flexibility that we need as a dual-military family, while also providing an environment our pup LOVES to go. He's made so many friends and all the coaches talk about him/treat him like part of their family
