Very unprofessional would not recommend working or boarding your dogs
Don’t recommend this place for your dogs.
Visited the other day and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The daycare dogs were in different groups of large and small. They were playing and having fun in a safe environment. They also have places to rest and stay hydrated. There is a grooming area and also overnight suites. The business was easily accessible from the highway and there is an attached parking garage with free parking for clients dropping off and picking up their dog. Dogtopia of Columbus- Downtown is absolutely amazing! I love the convenience of the app, but even more so the warm and friendly greetings from the staff. My beagle Chloe comes home happy and all tired out so I know she’s having a great time when she’s there. We have a long boarding booked and I truly feel peace of mind knowing that she will be in their care.
