The employees that care for my dog during daycare and boarding really care about the dogs, and it's apparent! they have so many nicknames for my dog, and he has to say goodbye to each of them he sees when I pick him up. He hates the car, but he doesn't mind so much when I tell him we're going to daycare. I feel safe leaving my dog with the folks at Dogtopia for both daycare and boarding. They also do a really good job with baths and nail trims when my dog needs them.
My dog goes to Dogtopia just once or twice a week and she loves it! She's been going for about 10 months. She is overly attached to me and this has been really helpful in getting her to be more independent. She boarded for a few days once and was totally fine - no howling or whining, just comfortable at her home away from home, which is a huge improvement for her. My dog has been going to daycare for years. He's become mostly immune to being worn out afterwards but today he was exhausted- a sign of a good play day. They have lunch time snacks when I forget to pack his lunch, a groomer (who I've never used but I've heard good things), and cameras that are easy to pull up. My two dogs have been going to the Midlothian location for daycare once a week for years. They always come home happy and tired. I appreciate the staff’s patience and care towards my dogs, and their friendly professionalism towards us the pet parents.
I have been taking my pup to Dogtopia for over nine years and it has been the greatest experience. I know he’ll be safe, happy, and very tired at the end of the day.
