I had to board my dog for an extended period due to surgery. I cannot thank the team enough for taking care of her. I checked the cameras routinely and she was well loved. I wish I could do more to thank the staff here! Please know they always have the dogs best interests at heart 💕 I will always recommend Dogtopia :)

Staff does not appear to communicate with each other. The initial scheduled meet and greet had to be rescheduled because no one noted this meet and greet anywhere. Two days later, I got a phone call about the initial meet and greet, which happened to be the rescheduled greet and meet day. This person was not aware of this meet and greet either. Also, why are you calling me two days after the initial meet and greet day?? I was told my dog's records had not yet been received, or sent. The vet had sent them 7 days ago. My vet h... read more

My dog has been going to daycare for years. He's become mostly immune to being worn out afterwards but today he was exhausted- a sign of a good play day. They have lunch time snacks when I forget to pack his lunch, a groomer (who I've never used but I've heard good things), and cameras that are easy to pull up. I've never needed to board my dog but I would feel comfortable leaving him here- all staff care about him and his furry friends. My dog goes to Dogtopia just once or twice a week and she loves it! She's been going for about 10 months. She is overly attached to me and this has been really helpful in getting her to be more independent. She boarded for a few days once and was totally fine - no howling or whining, just comfortable at her home away from home, which is a huge improvement for her. Dega just loves going there so I know she is well taken care of when I bring her. The staff are just wonderful folks, they seem to love her as much as she loves them. Dogtopia is very affordable and very flexible. Sometimes I need them to keep her overnight and they have always been accommodating. They also provide baths and grooming and do a great job!
