I took my puppy to Dogtopia today for her nails to be grinder down. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. At first she was scared to go with the staff member then she was good to go with some positive reinforcement. Thanks Josh for doing a great job with the nail trim and for making mt puppy feel at ease with this service.
I have been quite pleased with the customer service- everyone is friendly, attentive, and eager to welcome my pup! When I check the cameras to see how Frankie is doing I can see the staff interacting with the dogs-even trying to teach Frankie how to use the stairs and slide. I appreciate that no appointment is needed and that he's always welcome.
I may or may not have cried when I dropped my dog off… and yes, I was VERY nervous 😂 But Catherine is truly Godsent—and honestly, so is the entire staff! From the very first phone call, to the meet & greet, to my baby’s first doggie daycare day, they were incredibly informative and walked me through everything step by step. Our dog has gone for daycare and boarding and has always been excited to go. He was well taken care of and the staff take time to get to know him!
