I spoke with the person claiming to be district manager and told them my dog named Mei Mei Was bitten. No one acknowledged the biting incident. The manager claimed to research and contact me. After this discussion, there was no further communication. After more research, other dog boarders carry INSURANCE. The space where my dog was boarded has one staff person per 15 dogs which is truly obsurd. We Love Dogtopia, they have a great team with experience in caring of our loving furry dog Kenji, they are always available to help us and Daniel keeps me informed if Kenji eats his food completely since he has a sensitive stomach or have any other inconvenience. also we Love the cameras give us peace of mind that he is well taken care of.
Daniel at the Brick location was amazing on our doggies recent over night stay. Our doggie Chloe wasn’t eating any of her food Daniel reached out & let me know & let me know what they had tried to get Chloe to eat. She even gave great suggestions of what they had that may entice her to eat. Long story short she started to eat her food with a little slight change. Chloe was happy, as we were also to know she was in great hands!
We love Dogtopia! Both of our girls attend and it’s completely worth it. They get days of play, love, and attention and we get peace of mind at work that our girls are in good hands. Pulling into the parking lot always ends in wiggle butts and excited kisses goodbye! The staff all know our pups by name as soon as they see them, which means so much to us. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
The staff are very professional. They know our puppy's name when she arrives. We can view her day on camera and they are very loving and caring. If a situation arises between two dogs they handles it very safely and very well.
