The staff at the desk was polite, warm, welcoming, but most importantly thorough with explaining how boarding goes. I’m particularly very weary leaving my pup anywhere due to past experiences at other boarding facilities, I just know my boy Roo feels right at home as soon as he walks through the doors and that is huge to me!
Our dog loves coming here and it's great to bring him to get energy out and socialize with other dogs. I wish the webcams were a bit more stable, but other than that this place is awesome for boarding and daycare.
I got spa done here for my Shih-poo and they did wonderful, would recommend to everyone! You can really tell they love their job and love dogs
Great place to take your dog, either for boarding or for daycare. They are always very kind, and my dog is always excited when he sees where ges going. Couldn't recommend it more.
I have been taking my standard poodle to Dogtopia for over 3 years. I will NOT BE GOING BACK to Dogtopia in Bloomfield Hills EVER AGAIN!!!! My dog was boarded over Memorial Day weekend. I looked on the cameras all day on Friday hoping to get a glimpse of him .. then it became a check of cameras every 30 minutes or so on Saturday .. my dog was never on camera !!!!
