I love taking Onyx to Dogtopis AND SHE ENJOYS GOING! THEY HAVE GREAT STAFF AS WELL. The owner is very communicative and will take time to listen to your thoughts.THANKS 4 being available for FUR BABIES!!!
We boarded our dog for a week at this Dogtopia and it was horrendous. We paid for the upgraded room because our dog hurts her self in metal kennels, and they still put her in the metal kennel. She tore all the fur and skin off her snout during the week and they never bothered to call and tell us. We would have come and got her immediately. The wound was not taken care of and became infected. We boarded our dog for the week while we were on vacation. When we talked to them and booked our vacation we asked if they had non crated rooms etc. We were shown the suite and told that she’d be in there instead of the crate. We booked the suite for the week and told them she does not do well in a crate. We also wrote on the paperwork expected pickup date and take.
