I love this place! The people are so friendly and you can tell they LOVE the dogs! My dog has learned that "lets go play" means going to dogtopia. She taps her paws all the way there in excitement. One of the best features is the webcams where i can check in at any time except nap time of course because its dark. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience. My dog has successfully attended a daycare in The Heights without any issues. I've also reached to three different daycares in Humble without any issues. All of those facilities followed what appears to be standard industry practices regarding spay timing and age requirements. When I was informed of this facility’s policy, I reviewed their website and could not find any mention of it anywhere. Our puppy 6 months old has been in daycare and over night stay since April. He loves it. They are helping to train him and flexible with us, always welcoming. They are kepping him busy through the day with the activities and he has a naps.
I called with concerns on what I saw on their camera and their response was that they “dropped the ball” lol. Edit: LOL x2
