Amber is the worst person to deal with it!
My dog loves it here. She pulls me into the building every time we go. Staff couldn’t be more friendly. Highly recommend!
Today we booked an appointment to drop off our dog they told us pick up time between 3-4 we arrived after 2:30pm but the doors are locked. A lady in panic told us they are closed & had been calling them since 12pm. We had no idea if they left the dogs by themselves. They called a police because they been trying to get hold of them for hours & nobodys been answering calls. Other branches tried to reach them too no answer.
