I called with a few questions, and while the young lady who answered did give me the information I needed, her tone was very condescending and borderline disrespectful. She seemed upset and responded with comments like, “Well, yeah, that’s how it works” and “That’s policy, nothing I can do.” My questions were answered, but the attitude made the interaction unpleasant.

I stopped by to inquire about daycare services after hearing mixed reviews—some good, some not so great. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Just an employee was sitting at a small table in the lobby. I waited about 3–5 minutes, but still, no one came to greet me in this time I noticed the lobby was dirty and smelly decided to leave and come back another time. Go somewhere else !! My gf had a tour for our dog a couple weeks ago,the staff was nice but the place is horrible believe me go somewhere else.

Bad haircut and service. Rude staff and overcharged me, when I asked about the increase in price from quoted price for a small dog haircut, they started crying and saying they would have to pay the difference if they didn't charge what the manager had asked for. Pretty shady practice.

Lexa was awesome at the front desk, and the groomer made my doggy Daisy look so perfect! I will absolutely be back.
