We love Dogtopia. They treat our dog so well and the staff is so professional and attentive.
The entire team in Geneva is outstanding. We have been going here twice each week for a couple of years since we moved back to the area. They do a nice job of rotating the assignments of their team members and, without exception, whether running the front desk, taking the dogs back, or bringing the dogs up to the front, each team member has a smile and is happy to be of service.
I've had nothing but great experiences taking my dog here for almost 5 years! Everyone that works at Dogtopia Geneva is so nice and attentive. My dog sprints into the building each time we go! Knowing that she's in good hands while I'm working or on a trip, is invaluable. We appreciate all of you so much!
