Excellent staff and customer service. Had some family stuff happen while my mother in laws dog was here and they did everything to help make sure it was easier for us. Incredible people and place. Highly recommend
We've been taking our dog Tux here for over a year now; we've only been a few times since the changeover/becoming independent from Dogtopia. Nothing changed for us though, the staff are still so friendly and warm with our dog, they treat him like he's one of their own. We can watch him on the webcams so we know things are going okay, and he always comes home even happier than when he got there. I absolutely love how Anastasia takes care of my dog Teddy! She’s so gentle, professional, and truly loves animals — you can see it right away. My pup always looks amazing after grooming and comes home happy and relaxed (which says a lot!). Thank you, Anastasia, for your care, patience, and kindness — you’re the best groomer we’ve ever had!
