I could write a novel about the way this location treated my dog and me, but what it comes down to is as follows: 1. These are not dog people 2. They have a hard time staffing, even at the low level of service they do provide - the rotating door of staff makes it so you don't really know what's going on with your pet or if the person you're working with understands how to work with dogs 3.
