I witnessed and recorded a Dogtopia Charlottesville canine coach handle my dog, Marlee, in a way that was aggressive and unnecessary (in my opinion). I had been watching the cameras continuously that afternoon, and there was nothing in her behavior that justified that response. A great facility and a great team. Super friendly to dogs and people. Will definitely use again.
My dog spent a total of 5 days at Dogtopia of Charlottesville… now I’m spending thousands of dollars in vet bills because my dog contracted kennel cough and then developed pneumonia. Will not be sending her back there, ever.
