Terrible experience & extremely unprofessional. I brought my 2 dogs here for a bath/nail trim. They didn't even touch my one dogs nails. My dogs were barely clean. They also ignored me as I tried to explain my one dog was 11 and older. Never got a call they were done. Upon arriving their customer service was laughable as i was ignored by the 6 or 8 people standing there talking. Their staff seemed more concerned about smoking and vaping right outside the front door then helping.

Great and friendly staff, my dog is always ready to go in and say hi and play! Love the photo ops that you do with them as well!!
My dogs always look happy and come home happy
