They are really good with my dog Stephanie is very caring and compassionate
My boy Benson just loves Stephanie and the staff. He's a nervous boy but feels comfortable here and wags his tail when he walks in. He also always looks darling after a groom.
Providing one price before and charging $30 more after the service is not something you need to do to the customers. Then you have not followed the instructions we gave you how to be done from your side, but make our dog look like a rat. After we picked it up, our dog behaved very strange, which I think you are not polite at all with it, but rude and inappropriate. I have lost your trust. I’ll will never set my foot there after not honoring your price and not following the instructions.
