History Established in 2001. Realizing that there were no quality kennels in the Ocean City area several businessmen got together and purchased 7 acres of property in West Ocean City. It took two years and a lot of meetings and determination before Dogtel became a reality. We have thousands of faithful pets who have spent time with us over the last 15 years.
