Our goldendoddle princess has been going to dogtastic fun for her entire 6 years whenever we go on vacation. The staff is so sweet and amazing with all the dogs. The rates are good and I go on vacation knowing my baby girl is safe and having fun with the other doggies.
When I came to pick up my dog after my recent trip, I noticed his bed and blanket in the bathroom. His bed also had poop stains, and was wet which made me believe they didn’t take him out and left him in the bathroom overnight. I asked for an explanation but wasn’t given one. Will not be coming back.
Poor management and dogs left unattended unfortunately:(
This is a terrific business, staffed with kind people who are experienced in pet care. Their rates are competitive and the facility is well appointed.
We have had wonderful experiences using Dogtastic Fun for boarding our “senior” dog. She doesn’t spend time around other dogs, but the staff helped transition her from secluded in a suite to playing other dogs her size (Morkie) and having fun!
