Great experience with Dogtainers getting my cat from Melbourne to Sydney after her quarantine stay. Was in touch with Laura in the lead up and Kyle on the day who were both wonderful and reassuring through the process. Would highly recommend and use again
Good service in the organisation stages and very informative however pick up can maybe improve somewhat overall I would use again.
Recently had our cat flown over from the quarantine in Melbourne and Dogtainers were wonderful I couldn’t fault them in any way, their response and updates are fast and provide all the information we needed. Our baby has arrived happy and healthy and we are very glad to have him home
