Recently had to get my new puppy sent from Dubbo NSW to Cairns NTH QLD. Due to (and understandably) the cold wether in Dubbo Qantas would not accept the pup at that time. Dogtainers Cairns acted very quickly, contacting me well before their operating hours to let me know what had happened. They quickly organised later flights within 20 mins of the cancellation to a warmer part of the day and had my new pup to me the same day, safe and sound. Huge thanks to the Cairns Dogtainers Team.

On first call with the amazing Amanda everything was explained so well and easily, these guys care about animals you can easily tell from just calling. I see a few complaints about quotes being high - um you get what you pay for, competitive in my eyes, with a crew who care.
