Extremely bad experience with this company Really disappointed
Staff are friendly, welcoming & resourceful. I bought a crate for a flight from Cairns to Brisbane & I thought the flight was booked for my dog & myself, but that's not the case. You have to book your own flight & have to try & get the same times as your dogs flight so you can meet up on the other end. So frustrating. Cost for 1 small Jack Russell was $855 return. Very expensive if you ask me. Then I have to add my own flight on top of it. It'd be great if a business organised your dogs & your flight at the same time! But ... read more
