Do not use this company for international imports or exports, they do not know any of the regulations - they claim that sudden changes in EU regulations have disrupted services despite them being announced for months - the people working here are not pet travel experts, they are glorified customer service specialists (and poor ones at that). Very helpful and caring of my kitten for air travel.
Always a great experience using Dog Trainers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. This is our little girl Coco who travelled from Adelaide to Brisbane then Brisbane to Adelaide.
Very patient and helpful during the quoting process ensuring I got what I needed. Prompt pick up. Pets stayed in their chosen kennels in Ipswich who took on board my Dalmations food requirements which I bagged for the duration of his stay. Sent photos of both cat and dog during stay upon request. Both pets picked up healthy and happy. Thanks for everything
