Great experience in receiving a very detailed quotation from Ellen Duncan at Dogtainers head office in Brisbane for transporting my 2 rescue dogs from Montevideo in Uruguay via quarantine in Melbourne and ultimately to Brisbane in Australia. What a fantastic experience. Arranging transport for a pet that was a 2 hour round trip from the closest air port, all required BOAS checks for travel, updates throughout the day of travel, all all round great experience.
