From first contact with Kym in Brisbane and following on with Jess from Melbourne and then Anne in Sydney it was a seamless, caring,professional process culminating in everything going as planned and described. The UK end also were obviously a well oiled machine as contact and pickup was excellent. We have used Dogtainers 3 times now and each time everything was exemplary. We had a fantastic experience with Dogtainers when organising the export of our dog and cat from Australia. The team provided great service throughout the entire process and made what could have been quite stressful feel smooth and well-managed. Great experience in receiving a very detailed quotation from Ellen Duncan at Dogtainers head office in Brisbane for transporting my 2 rescue dogs from Montevideo in Uruguay via quarantine in Melbourne and ultimately to Brisbane in Australia.
