From the very beginning Dogtainers staff made everything so easy. They went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. Our 2 puppies were delivered at 11.30pm at night due to us needing a late night flight. With Dogtainers nothing was to hard. The Lady who dropped them off was so friendly and nice as well, you could tell she loved working with Dogs! Thanks for a wonderful, hassle free transition :)
We recently relocated from Adelaide Australia back home to uk. We used dogtainers to help with our safe transportation. Jess pajalic was amazing and kept in contact with us from day1, constantly updating us on progress, helping us every step of the way, even emailing us when we had arrived home to see how our baby girl (dog) was after her long trip across the world. We have moved our Africanis "Pippa" before to other countries. This time it was a relatively short hop from Brunei to Adelaide via PEQ in Melbourne. Thank you Dogtainers, in particular Angie who I delt with in the office, and Vicky who delivered Pippa from the airport (and enjoyed my very teary reunion). Dogtainers were a wonderful source of transport for my puppy. I paid a great price and had my puppy safely flown to me. I would trust dogtainers to transport my pets any day of the week! Highly recommended :)
