Where to start. Don't take your dog here, some groomer named Lora is abusive to the pets in her care. I had to take my dog to the vets after the groom of my Golden Retriever. My dog was bleeding around the nose & 2 paws. I asked Lora what happened and she stated that her scissors slipped in her hand and she cut my dogs nose. I asked around town here in my sewing group, and I come to find out that other people are not happy with her service and have seen bad things happening in the shop she runs. What is going on at this business. I have basically the same issue as these other posts. Lora the groomer is verbally abusive not just with me but with another guest that was picking up her pet. Lora was cussing four letter words at me when I came to pick up my dog. My dog was traumatized from her grooming, and yes my dogs two back paws were cut on the pads and bleeding from the grooming. Not the nails but the pads..... (paws) I am going to take my dog to the Vets now, maybe I'll sue. What is going on here. Stay away.
I took my Shih Tzu to this groomer named Lora. She cut off so much hair off my pet my dog was bald and had whats called razor burn. Lora the groomer looked stressed out and you can tell she really does not like her job. Oh, and when I first scheduled my appointment by phone she quoted me $40 for a bath, nail clip, and groom. Bad Service .....Lora groomer Not good with the pets she grooms. I went to Dogspaw and from the moment I walked into the business I knew something was wrong. Lora the groomer was yelling at the pets in her care. I got a price quote for my dog and she said it would be $75 for a bath and brush out. I brought my dog in that day and when I returned she was yelling at the dogs in the again..... not good.
