I'm so happy I reached out to Rachel for some private lessons for my Shih Tzu puppy. Rachel is kind, patient and understanding of the frustrations of both my dog and me. She's like a pet/owner therapist. She comes with no judgement, just sincere intention of helping iron out the wrinkles.
