Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this daycare. Within the first week of attending one of our dogs came home with two significant puncture wounds that required a vet visit and antibiotics. While we were assured that the camera footage (for every single minute that she was there when this could have occurred?) were reviewed nothing was “found”. I thought everything was going fine and my dog was having a good time. She was in a lot of the photos, then started to notice she wasn’t in any photos. Not even in the background. Now I get notes saying she’s not behaving with humans or dogs and it’s been happening since she started. Why does a place let your dog behave bad for 4 months and not tell you? We could’ve have been working together on training, but instead you look for every reason to make us not feel welcome.
RecommendedMandy did an incredible job grooming our dog, this is the only cut he’s had we’ve ever been happy with. We will only be going here in the future!

My two boys, Ezekiel and Harry, struggled with going to daycare and would usually spend the whole day isolated... until they came to Dogs Day Out! They are both always so excited to get here and see all their friends, dog and human alike! Ezekiel is generally very shy but I have seen him hug every single worker here! Nothing gives me as much peace of mind while I’m at work than knowing that my boys are having fun and are taken care of! Cannot recommend enough!!
Our puppy Buddy has been going here for a few days a week for a month now. He absolutely loves it. The second he leaves the car he runs straight to their door. Barely ever is interested in saying bye to us😓. And seems to LOVE the employees🤗. They all seem to be dog people which is of course what you wanna see. We look forward to the pictures they often post. Our Aussie gets sooo much energy out there, and comes home exhausted. We also used their grooming service once and he came home smelling so clean.
