Poor staffing results in higher costs for your pet services We have a puppy who had a splint placed on his front leg. Thee original surgery was on Wednesday. By Friday he had started chewing on it...somehow got his cone off. He went back and the staff was very good with our pup and replaced it with no sedation and charged $150. The next appointment was on Wednesday ( required visit after a week to check for healing etc)...the staff was terrible with our pup and should not be working in a veterinary setting - especially n... read more
