I've been to Dogma multiple times at the McHenry row store and I've had terrible experiences with the service. It's either the system is new or new management as an excuse for me standing there for 20 min. I simply wanted a refund for an unopened package and wanted it back on the credit card I used. This choice of return policy was accepted at the time of purchase. RecommendedWe love Dogma in McHenry Row! The staff is wonderful, the selection of product is great, and our pups love visiting. There are numerous other options in my neighborhood, but we always prefer Dogma.
They didn't to their job. We have a 1 year old dog who has been with many groomers and no complains whatsoever. These guys said our dog's ears were back and he was growling a little, so they didn't feel "comfortable" doing anything with him lmao. Dude, it's your job and he's the nicest puppy in the world. We're more than happy to take our puppy back and pay more money to get him done. Pittie Sandy got her nails all done. She was in and out lickety-split. While there, Sandy was able to try on a new winter fleece that is adoraBULL. Of course, we had to get her a tasty bone for being a pawfect pup!
Mine was at your McHenry Row location! Was over all amazing! Where a employee named Brittany helped me with all my new puppy needs, and a few questions I had about my cats! Overall great visit! My puppy max loves all the attention! Definitely coming back!
