Stopped by for a day pass, and was welcomed in by the owner. After a brief walk through to make sure I knew the layout, I got my workout in. If I lived here, this would be my daily, and anytime I am town or nearby, Dogma will be my spot. Great vibe, clean and well kept equipment - everything you need to get’r done.

I started working with Owner and Coach Dan Swenson two months ago to get me ready for a Double Bypass (two mountain pass) ride in Colorado in July followed by the Deseret News Half Marathon 10 days later. Since starting with him I have seen a measurable 18% improvement in my fitness -- already! He's attentive, supportive, encouraging and offers great mind and body/nutrition tips.
