my bike had been stored for sometime when I brought it into the shop to get some work done. $175 later when I went to pick up my bike. it was still dusty and sandy .I just feel like they could of air sprayed it off at least
They weren’t able to help me out with my trike because I purchased an electric trike online. But the quick email response to take my part in and detailed explanation on what was going on with my situation and the route I should take to possibly make my bike work again was awesome. The guy that helped me genuinely took time with every route to try and make my bike work again. I absolutely love my Dogleg Electric Bikes cargo bike! I use it almost every day to take my daughter to school, and it has been such a game changer for our routine. It’s smooth, powerful, and incredibly stable — even with the extra cargo. It makes getting around easy, fun, and stress-free. I bought my first e-bike here, and I decided it was the best option. They had so many great reviews, and they were absolutely right. The staff was super friendly, the prices were reasonable, and they took the time to explain everything about the bike. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Cannot rate Dogleg highly enough. Three other e-bike shops refused to even look at my (old outdated) e-bike. Dogleg took it, spent time on it, researched a work-around fix using a 3-D printer. Five stars!
