Phil Rogers failed miserably on the repair of my vehicle. On tap of that, once he collected his money from me, no further adjustments to the bill were made, even when the original problem continued which I had already paid him to fix! In addition, Phil could not figure out how to properly reconnect multiple wires he had disconnected, causing no brake lights, no running lights and no turn signals.
