Called in simply to ask if they buy used pcs. Employee was very rude and short on the phone, and proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Just moved to this area and you've immediately lost a potential customer
Very nice and professional people. They repaired my laptop in under 48 hours, and the quality of the work was excellent. Although there was a scratch on the back of my laptop after the repair, I was still pleased with the overall service. Their labor rate is a little high at $70 per hour, but they still quoted me $10 less than Geek Squad. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs.

Amazing service, fixed my pc right away since it was something simple. Took 15 minutes when somewhere else told me 2-3 weeks lol I will definitely return if I need something again :)
