Rude people. When I called to check out of a component the person said that they do not provide any guarantees. I will never go to them again.
Computer froze and crashed. Walked in, after they diagnosed a bit they confirmed the SSD boot drive was dead. Got a new SSD and they installed Windows so I could boot up back and home and start getting all my programs reinstalled and get back to work. Very satisfied.
I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me about the issues. When it became obvious it was a motherboard issue, they walked me through why the evidence supported that even though I was going to do the swap myself. Will definitely be back.
They answered the phone immediately and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. They were able to solve my difficult computer issue in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I tried calling Best Buy before them and no one even answered the phone !
