Such an unfortunate experience. This business stressed me terribly when they last minute cancelled my reservation right when I arrived at their location (Saturday)! Never had I ever had a cancellation on the very day of by a dog day care in my 5yrs of experience going to a snow/ski resort! They said they couldn’t accommodate my dog despite that I completed emailing them my dog’s vaccinations prior to arrival because my dog is missing Influenza vaccine. DO NOT USE THIS BOARDING. They overcharged me for my stay. I asked what time did I need to pick up my dogs and they told me they were open all day. I picked them up at 12:30p and they charged me for day care for both dogs as the pick up time for boarding was 10:00a. I would have come before 10 if they had told me that when I asked. When I disputed this she told me it was stated in the email they sent. I checked the email, which is really a book and it was in there at the very end. My baby loves staying for sleep overs at DGC! He rushes to meet all the sweet girls who take the time to play and cuddle with him. We love that he can socialize with other dogs. After being in a shelter for over a year, We were questionable about his way with other dogs. Staying here, he plays with other dogs which eases our minds as well! Great staff! Thanks girls!!!
