Such an unfortunate experience. This business stressed me terribly when they last minute cancelled my reservation right when I arrived at their location (Saturday)! Never had I ever had a cancellation on the very day of by a dog day care in my 5yrs of experience going to a snow/ski resort! They said they couldn’t accommodate my dog despite that I completed emailing them my dog’s vaccinations prior to arrival because my dog is missing Influenza vaccine.
