She groomed both of my dogs and did not follow directions to NOT shave my yorkie, and ended up cutting his ear in the process.

I had gone to the other Saxonburg groomer and was never happy. I have a field spaniel mix and a shih tzu. I got them back with mats and most recently for the price I paid? She simply “thatched” my spaniel and didn’t even cut his hair. The groomer of this business was lovely from the word go! So pleasant and friendly. I can honestly say, with Covid, my dogs were a mess. I want to her on the rating and she was able to get my dog in. I was not able to pick her up but when I seen her I was in shock. My dog is a westie. I asked if she knew how to do one ! Pointed out didn't want her shaved. My dog had no hair when she came back. Back, face, head in plain simple word she shaved all her hair off. Westie look has hair its part of their look. Never go again unless you want your dog shaved.
