Took our cat to be groomed and they cut the quick on TWO back paws saying he was trying to get off the table. This cat is so laid back he loves everyone, even the vet. I was very upset and will NEVER take any of our cats there again. There was no reason for them to hurt my cat, who hid for two days after his grooming . I have also heard bad reviews from other people, so take your animal there at your risk and that of your pet.

The other day I brought my 3 pups in for their first visit and I was very pleased. The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is helpful and follow your suggestions on how the pups should be groomed. And I love the fact your dogs do not come into contact with any other dogs while in the salon. All three pups were groomed beautifully and, so important, they were very relaxed, not the least bit stressed by their grooming experience. The other day I brought my 3 pups in for their first visit and I was very pleased. The facility is clean and inviting. I brought my BOXER in for the first time a few months ago. I was very pleased with service, the length of time she was there, nail trimming was perfect, she was groomed wonderfully and not too mention she smelled beautiful! It was really cute when i picked my baby up, the salon gives you a refridgerator magnet with your dogs picture on it as a keepsake!! I was happy, my baby was happy! Thanks Doggie Salon, we shall return!

I had a coupon for this place so took my Westie here. BIG MISTAKE. It was the worst hair cut she ever had. Her face was all choppy and uneven. The groomers here obviously dont know how to do a westie cut. I was very disappointed and will never go back.
