Took our husky in for grooming. Told them to dremel her nails & not clipped & they clipped. They said she wouldn't stay still. I told them in the beginning that you need 2 people to get her nails done. 1 to coddle her, pet & talk to her & the other to dremal. Also told them that she has arthritis in her hips be gentle. Picked her up & now limping & hurting worse than before. Will find another place to get her groomed at. Very dissappointed.
Great place, caring, my pup is clean and happy to see them coming and going
Didn’t listen to my preferences. When pointing out the issue I got “Whoops, oh well”. Never again for me. I now use Saray’s in Sullivan and receive premium service for an economy price.
They did amazing with my Rottweiler nail trimming, got us in same day and was done in less than 5 minutes.
