Our dog ran away after being scared by loud noises & mgr said on FB post she's not surprised after meeting us and grooming our pup. We've never been here...avoid this place if this is who they hire.
My husband and I took our American Eskimo to be get a trim and his fur to be evened out. Instead they shaved our dog completely down to his skin. When asked why he was shaven, they said it is what was asked for. We never asked for him to be shaven! As professional dog groomers they should know never to shave a double coated dog. RecommendedThis place is THE BEST. I have 4 Westies (yep, a whole herd) and I get them all scheduled at the same time usually. The girls always help me get them in and out before and after they’re finished and they look so adorable. All 4 of my Westies have very different coats and if I give them specific direction on how I like each dog they follow it to a T. It is so hard to find good groomers for Westies! DO NOT bring your dogs here. Horribly rude staff, including groomers. They do not care about dogs or customers. Avoid at all costs.
