My husband and I took our American Eskimo to be get a trim and his fur to be evened out. Instead they shaved our dog completely down to his skin. When asked why he was shaven, they said it is what was asked for. We never asked for him to be shaven! As professional dog groomers they should know never to shave a double coated dog.
