Was told when we scheduled that we were the only appointment that afternoon and they would assess our dog’s need when we arrived. Neal picked up our two dogs and brought them in for a spa day (which is what i'm calling it now because they both looked so happy when they returned). Nails cut, all shampooed... the WORKS! (deshedding treatment too... good thing for a pug and a corgi) :). When Neal and his wife dropped of the dogs, the dogs both turned back around to say bye and acted like they would just go with them 'cause they enjoyed their time!
