Wendy the manager was the nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She was extremely unprofessional and when I complained that one of her co workers yelled at me for a misunderstanding between other coworkers she stated “ I can see why my co worker would speak to you the way she did”. Wendy also discriminated against me especially what I do for a career, and when I asked her a question she yelled at me and treated me like I was dirt. Doggie Pause does not take care of their clients dogs, they abused mine and have been reported by the Better Business Bureau for it. The staff is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met and honestly when people say don’t take your dogs to this place I truly mean it, they are going to be in a lot of trouble especially when the BBB finds out they don’t handle the dogs correctly.

We have been taking our baby here for several years now. The staff and owners are amazing; feels like “family!” Would never take our dog any other place.

The staff is wonderful. Caring, engaged doggie caregivers. My two dogs have so much fun with all the dogs. I feel very good about the security and safety of my dogs while they are at Doggie Pause.

We love Doggie Pause! we have two dogs and they have been going there weekly for years. The staff is great, thoughtful and professional- they really care about making the dogs safe and happy all of the time. Boarding at Doggie Pause is amazing too! My pups always love going!

Doggie Pause has been terrific to work with. I brought my fearful puppy to them as soon as his vaccinations were done and they have been so very helpful in turning him into a much more confident dog. I’ve been sick for all of March and when I knew I couldn’t keep up with Jasper I boarded him at Doggie Pause until I was somewhat up and about. It’s a blessing to know your pup is ok and not worry😊❤️
