They did a terrible haircut on my dog. It is so bad that it doesn't even look like our dog is the same breed. Our other dog was scared and didn't recognize him when we got home.

They don't pay any attention to your dogs. Boarded my dog here 3 times now and they never once mentioned they had a doggy day care service so that my dog didn't have to be alone on a kennel all day. When I learned they did after his second stay and asked them about it, they said they don't like to tell customers about it. When I dropped him off for his third stay and requested he be apart of doggy day care each day he is there, they said okay but when I picked him up, they didn't charge me for it so I asked them and they sai... read more

I took my Shorkie to doggie dtails on Friday to be groomed. On Saturday I heard my dog coughing and choking, I ran to him and checked his collar. It was on the tightest hole it could go(I keep it in the loosest hole to where I can put two fingers in between the collar and his neck). When I first bought the collar, I almost took it back because I was afraid it was too tight on the loosest hole but decided it was ok. I bring my dog here to get her nails clipped once a month. Her toenails are black so it's hard to tell when you've gone too far. I've gone other places and my dog has left traumatized. But not at Doggie D'tails. She leaves just as happy as she came.

Doggie D'tails in one work: AMAZING! They took such good care of my poodles and really listened to how I wanted them groomed! They gave them water and let them out to go to the bathroom which most places don't do! I LOVE DOGGIE DTAILS!

I brought my part mastiff - part shar pei mix in for a groom. She looks wonderful! They did a great job. We got her shaved because she sheds. Very friendly staff. I was running late from an appointment and the owner stayed late to meet me. She was very understanding and friendly too. I will definitely be back and tell my friends too.
