Drop off 5/13/2025.. to have hoses (3) replaced… called 2 weeks after drop off and was told “oh , we need to send a quote”..k done agreed to price for repairs.. called yesterday 6/5 to see if it’s ready.. was told “let me run back there to see what’s the hold up”..no call and it’s now friday 6/6 and still no call..smh..no good.. To say the least.. pd on tracks and my check was lost in the building somewhere. Idk..
Delivered to this facility engine oil+hyd oil on 2/12/25. Had the pleasure of working with Jonathan from the Parts Dept.. The parking lot was a muddy mess but quick thinking Jonathan had a plan B and instead of backing up to Dock we used a pallet jack and off loaded from tailgate of trailer(a lot less mess inside trailer). Thanks for your professionalism Jonathan, Doggett/John Deere is lucky to have you on the payroll. Look forward to coming back in the near future!
My husband and I have had the absolute best experience with Doggett/John Deere and it’s all because of Stewart Madison. He has been the most personable salesman. He put so much time in to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and was looking for in a skid steer and track hoe.
